The Lester Prairie Craft/Vendor/Garage Sale is a fundraiser for Lester Prairie Community Ed. All proceeds from the booth fees go directly to the LP Community Ed Program to make enhancements, provide scholarships, community outreach and other programming needs as they arise.Â
Registrations: Applications are accepted first come first serve until the craft fair is full. Booth fee is $25.00. Fees are non refundable. Send registration, tax form, and payment (payable to Lester Prairie Community Ed) to: Lester Prairie School, 131 Hickory St N, Lester Prairie, MN 55354.
Form ST-19, Operator Certificate of Compliance: Minnesota law requires us to have evidence that all crafters have a valid MN tax ID number by collecting Form ST-19 upon registration. If you have any questions regarding MN tax ID, please direct your sales tax questions to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, 1-800-657-3777 or email salesuse.tax@state.mn.us. If you qualify for the isolated and occasional sales exemption (please read page 2 of Form ST-19) a written statement must be included with your application.Â
Booth Location: Fee is for booth space only, tables are NOT provided. Please bring tables/displays as needed for your booth. Folding chairs are available.Â
Set up & Take down: Vendor setup is available Friday, March 21, 5:00 PM.-7:30 PM and/or Saturday, March 22, 6:30 AM – 8:45 AM. Booths must be ready for the start of the craft fair at 9:00 AM.
The event ends at 2:00 PM, no early closing is allowed. All vendors must be packed up by 3:00 PM
