After graduating from Mankato State University I taught third grade in Sherburn, MN. My teaching experience here at Lester Prairie includes grades 2-5 and combination classrooms.

Welcome to 2nd Grade!
I am Ms. Kelly Kramer and I am so excited for the school year. I just wanted to let you know a little bit about myself. I am a graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, where I earned my undergraduate degree in elementary education. I received my graduate degree in reading from Concordia – St Paul. I have been teaching for over 20 years now, mainly here in Lester Prairie, but I also spent three years teaching in Breckenridge, MN. I have taught every grade K-6, except for first grade, over the years.
I live in Hutchinson with my husband, Dave, our son, Jackson, and our 2 dogs, Emerald “Emmy” and Jade. We enjoy spending time with our adult children, their spouses, and our 5 grandchildren, in addition to our extended families.
How to use snow/e-learning board
If we have a snow day that is called an “e-learning” day, you will complete one packet at home for each e-learning day. They are marked Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. The cover sheet needs to be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to school, when we are back in session, to not be counted absent for that day.
If you have any questions, we will be available to answer via email from 8:30-12:00 and 12:30 to 2:00.
