Hi All,

I am  the 7th, 8th,10th grade LA teacher, and the College Now instructor for English through SMSU. Previously, I taught composition at SDSU for five years. I have also worked for several years as a paraprofessional, a substitute teacher, and a long-term sub. I am passionate about English and student learning, and I look forward to helping students become life-long learners.

My wife and I live in town, and she teaches science at Ridgewater. We have a daughter that keeps us busy when we are home. Outside of school you can probably find me out on a lake fishing or reading a book with a good cup of coffee. I also enjoy playing the occasional round of disc golf when I am able to find time away from my family and the pets.
